Our favourite hotel is the Ocean El Faro, we have always had a good time because we have very good service and we enjoy the facilities that we have with our membership. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and offer excellent service.

All the staff at Ocean El Faro treats us very well. We enjoyed the activities offered for members at the beach and pools in Punta Cana.

We joined the Premium family in 2021 and have been enjoying the all-inclusive services ever since. We especially enjoy the exclusive butler service for members.

We have been members for 10 years and enjoy the flexibility and ease of booking trips. We have met people from all over the world and made new friends using our membership. The affiliated hotels have great food, staff and services. Also we miss the weather and beaches when we are back home.

We enjoy the various options and value offered. Our favourite hotel is the Ocean Eden Bay in Jamaica because it has the nicest and friendliest staff. However, we spent our honeymoon in Ocean Riviera Paradise so Mexico holds a special place for us.

We joined back in 2017 and we really enjoy the consistent level of service we get at the resorts as Premium members.

We have been members for 12 years now and visited the different destinations. We have enjoyed the great services, amenities and entertainment options. My wife really enjoys the Despacio Spa massages. Our favourite hotel is the Ocean Blue & Sand where they have a BBQ beach party.

We have very special memories in these resorts, especially at the Ocean El Faro where we renewed our wedding vows.
